“A huge thank you to the Rare Carat team- especially Max from the customer support team for helping me find the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. She has always admired her grandmother’s ring but doesn’t feel comfortable wearing it daily due to its sentimental value and age. Her grandmother’s ring has a pave band and a beautifully aged emerald diamond. I wanted to find something similar that she could cherish and wear every day, and Max went above and beyond to help me create a ring that captured the same vintage charm and elegance. I proposed to her in her hometown in Poland. She said the ring felt like it was made just for her and loved how it honored her family’s legacy while becoming a new piece of our story together. “Rare Carat is absolutely positively the best place to purchase an engagement ring!!! An engagement ring is a huge investment, and I did extensive research before choosing Rare Carat. 3,421 5 star google reviews should tell you all you need to know, but I will share my experience. My fiance’s ring is gorgeous! I saved thousands of dollars going through Rare Carat, but the best part of this company is their outstanding customer service. All my Emails were answered within minutes, including nights, weekends and holidays!! My fiance’s ring was a surprise, and I needed the ring to be resized quickly before an engagement party I had planned. The customer service team went way out of their way to get my fiance’s ring resized before the party! “First of all compliments to Angela and Jeff who assisted me every step of the way. Seeing all of the competitive diamonds out in the market, Rare Carat made it easy. I explained my situation to Ajay, Angela, and Jeff and they provided several recommendations (diamonds) and settings. Simple setting (Round/Solitare/14K/Platinum Head) Diamond: Best Quality, Best Price, Best Overall: size 2.8 ct-3.0 ct narrowed to a VVS2, Rare Carat Ideal Cut, D Color GIA or IGI Certified Was provided 2 setting recommendations and 3 diamonds I picked the GIA Certified 2.84 VVS2 D Color, Rare Carat Ideal. Received the diamond ring yesterday and the picture does not do it justice. My Nephew and his wife, my Sons, and grandson had one response. H*** S***! WOW that is beautiful. The sparkle and brilliance in the light made us speechless. This is special: My wife and I are celebrating 35 years of marriage and and she is now 10 years cancer free. This diamond and the presentation was special. Price: Being confused of all the others in the marketplace, I submitted a diamond and setting of equiveillance. Rare Carat responded after reviewing with a price competitive quote along with a pair of 1/3 ct stud earrings. Bottom Line: They Matched the Price. If I could put a 6 star review, I would. “I’m finalizing a purchase with…”
“I’m finalizing a purchase with Rare Carat right now for a beautiful engagement ring and I could not be more impressed with this company from top to bottom! And when I say top, I mean it- the CEO himself stepped in to offer his assistance and help me choose the perfect diamond and setting that were within my specific price range. Not only that, many of the staff members helped at various times, too, whether helping me look for very specific features, making expert recommendations from certified gemologists, or answering pricing and logistical questions. Every single one was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about providing the best service they could. I admit at first I was parallel shopping with another site that seemed to have competitive pricing, but ultimately they really didn’t at all AND they gave me very impolite service on the phone when I asked a question. The rep didn’t seem to be in the USA, spoke over me in a bossy manner, and was actually quite rude in the end. Rare Carat has true service but also great pricing. I could never in a million years get the excellent pricing on my natural diamond and setting in a retail store. But they don’t make you trade off on service at all- they are the real deal and probably helped me more than if I walked into any upmarket retail jewelry store location. I can’t say enough about Rare Carat and their staff and I’m so excited about my beautiful piece arriving! I have no doubt it will be absolutely perfect (I’ll try to come back and post a pic) and no doubt they’d make it so if it were not for any reason. I plan to recommend them to my friends and family and I plan to use them again for fashion diamond jewelry like earrings, pendants, and bracelets in the future. I’m so glad the idea for Rare Carat was formed by Ajay the founder- now we can all have access to beautiful diamonds at great prices! Thank you Rare Carat- you are the best in the business!”

“Highly recommend for the first time or even seasoned diamond buyer or ring buyer. Takes away the stress of buying your first ring with expert level advice as well as stress free education for those among us that know NOTHING about diamonds.. Takes away the pretentious nature of jewlery shops while also making the buyer fully in control and now knowledgeable about the ring and diamond for his/her/their one and only. +100 bonus point boost for being able to claim that you fully designed and customized the ring from the selection of the diamond from a catalogue cut/clarity/carat/shape with custom sliders all the way – down to the ring itself with free engravings and lots of promotions throughout the year. The website allows stress free education into diamond shopping at your leisure while being able to select specific criteria to meet your budget. Rare Carat even expedited my shipping as my proposal event was fast approaching. I shopped around with other major retailers and can honestly say rare carat has come out swinging in this industry against the brick and mortar because I will never go back. Skipping all the fees and markups of the major retailers, I was able to deliver more Carat at less cost with a dazzling setting to boot. “My ring buying process is a long story that I will keep short to spare you. After a lot of back and forth for a local jeweler, which involved very limited options and communication with different people each time, I decided to take the search online. Interestingly enough, the best man for my upcoming wedding actually purchased his ring for his now wife on Rare Carat. He also helped me with this process and we worked with a gemologist from their team as well. The main selling point for me was that the ring is completely customizable. Now I truly believe that the ring buying process cannot be properly done in store. You need to SEE all of the options laid out in front of you to compare prices, and different features. You need to be able to open your phone any time and view your options and ask a rep any questions that pop up. I am very happy with the completed ring and the entire process and would recommend it to anyone!”

“I spent months learning about diamonds, reading reviews of different companies, and building rings on different sites. I even made it through a Thanksgiving / Christmas season where most retailers try to convince you they have “”once in a lifetime sales””. After all of that research, I felt Rare Carat was the best option for my important purchase. There are many good vendors now days but Rare Carats model offers unmatched value. They have listings from many diamond sellers and work with many smaller jewelry craftsman. This allows them to offer a much wider selection than anyone else I found online. Their customer service is second to none; both while researching the right diamond, as well as the purchase and delivery. I can be a difficult customer… lots of questions and high expectations. They never blinked an eye at that. I ended up with a ring and diamond from their fast delivery option, in order to make a vacation deadline. They provided updates all through the process. My order was even noted with the importance of the timing so not only was the status updated online, I received several calls for updates. The ring made it on time and its absolutely perfect (Platinum Pave, 2.3 Ideal VVS1 E). It really is exactly what I wanted. I wouldn’t change anything about the ring or the vendor I choose. I tried to build similar rings on other sites and they were $1-$2k more. I leave early tomorrow morning for a cruise to the Bahamas with my soon to be fiancé. I can’t wait for her to see her ring! I would note this is a completely independent review, I received nothing in return, just sharing my personal experience!”

“First lets talk about the product! She sent me a document that had screen shots of like 10 rings she liked parts of but none quite fit the bill of what she wanted. She wanted something that merged them all together basically. It was going to be quite a task! I looked all over the place and just couldn’t find what she was wanting. Then I stumbled upon Rare Carat and within a few minutes found the perfect one! I knew when I saw it I would buy it. She LOVES it. She said it was literally perfect! She could not believe that I found one that had everything she wanted! Her friends all told me that they were very impressed with what I found and at the speed with which I found it! I consulted my mom and sister to do some dummy checks to make sure I wasn’t picking something awful (as all guys should) but they too were very impressed and said it was perfect. “I was reluctant to purchase online, it seemed to lack the personal interaction. While shopping I also went to a few jewelry stores and the Rare Carat experience was much better. I was able to shop at my own pace, used the tools to gauge Color Cut Clarity (I had no clue); and finally settled on a stone and setting. I also got found the personal interaction with the Chat feature, not a bot, not a random and changing service person, there was an actual person and the chat details were also sent to my email for reference. I got exactly what I wanted, and after purchase there were clear communications until the ring arrived. I chose the option to pick up from a FedEx location; delivery required a signature and I may not have been home. That was very easy too. Try Rare Carat, I am very happy I did. She said Yes.”
