"I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first about buying a diamond ring completely online. If you ask any jeweler, they will tell you that you should look at a diamond in the store first before buying. But through my entire search, I was able to request videos from the seller, and they provided everything I needed to make my decision on a ring for my fiancée. I was a little surprised at first when I got an email from Ajay. I thought there’s no way this is the CEO emailing me, and it was just an automated response. Sure enough, it was real, and we exchanged about 30 emails back and forth along my journey picking out my ring! I can’t stress enough how fantastic the entire team at RareCarat is. They made my entire ring shopping process an stress-free and enjoyable one. I never once felt like I was bothering them with all of the questions I had, and they were very patient and truly gave their non-biased opinions. I highly recommend them!"

"Well I don't leave a lot of reviews for companies but the employees at Rare carat are one amazing bunch of people to work with! This review starts and ends with Courtney however! Courtney thank you so much for making my shopping experience stress free and rather delightful! I had ALOT of questions which went over the span of a month! I'm telling you anyone who has cold feed about diamond shopping, I implore you to hit up the live chat! Courtney helped me narrow down my search, and gave me unbiased input on one diamond over the others! We finally settled on a 2CT natural round! Even after I picked out the diamond I had full assistance with getting the ring insured. I also have to give Tommy/ Avi a shout out in the chat! Who literally picked up the conversation right where I left off when Courtney wasn't online. Also mishelle from the payment center who was very fast to respond to my emails about confirmation/ tracking. For anyone looking for a diamond and have any worries about online buying. Rare carat really stands by itself and it's all thanks to the wonderful people that work there. They really made the experience that much more human and personalized. They are all so knowledgeable and helpful. They have gained a lifetime customer from me!"
