“I’m finalizing a purchase with Rare Carat right now for a beautiful engagement ring and I could not be more impressed with this company from top to bottom! And when I say top, I mean it- the CEO himself stepped in to offer his assistance and help me choose the perfect diamond and setting that were within my specific price range. Not only that, many of the staff members helped at various times, too, whether helping me look for very specific features, making expert recommendations from certified gemologists, or answering pricing and logistical questions. Every single one was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about providing the best service they could. I admit at first I was parallel shopping with another site that seemed to have competitive pricing, but ultimately they really didn’t at all AND they gave me very impolite service on the phone when I asked a question. The rep didn’t seem to be in the USA, spoke over me in a bossy manner, and was actually quite rude in the end. Rare Carat has true service but also great pricing. I could never in a million years get the excellent pricing on my natural diamond and setting in a retail store. But they don’t make you trade off on service at all- they are the real deal and probably helped me more than if I walked into any upmarket retail jewelry store location. I can’t say enough about Rare Carat and their staff and I’m so excited about my beautiful piece arriving! I have no doubt it will be absolutely perfect (I’ll try to come back and post a pic) and no doubt they’d make it so if it were not for any reason. I plan to recommend them to my friends and family and I plan to use them again for fashion diamond jewelry like earrings, pendants, and bracelets in the future. I’m so glad the idea for Rare Carat was formed by Ajay the founder- now we can all have access to beautiful diamonds at great prices! Thank you Rare Carat- you are the best in the business!”
