“My ring buying process is a long story that I will keep short to spare you. After a lot of back and forth for a local jeweler, which involved very limited options and communication with different people each time, I decided to take the search online. Interestingly enough, the best man for my upcoming wedding actually purchased his ring for his now wife on Rare Carat. He also helped me with this process and we worked with a gemologist from their team as well. The main selling point for me was that the ring is completely customizable. Now I truly believe that the ring buying process cannot be properly done in store. You need to SEE all of the options laid out in front of you to compare prices, and different features. You need to be able to open your phone any time and view your options and ask a rep any questions that pop up. I am very happy with the completed ring and the entire process and would recommend it to anyone!”

Alternatively, you can wear it on your right finger as a regular ring, as it has a low-sitting profile—a unique-looking ring that is truly beautiful. I am delighted with this purchase. The only thing I wanted Rare Carat to change in this ring is the size of the band, which is very small, causing the ring to shift left or right, even though the ring is perfectly fitted.”

“She was SHOCKED I found a ring that had it ALL”
“First lets talk about the product! She sent me a document that had screen shots of like 10 rings she liked parts of but none quite fit the bill of what she wanted. She wanted something that merged them all together basically. It was going to be quite a task! I looked all over the place and just couldn’t find what she was wanting. Then I stumbled upon Rare Carat and within a few minutes found the perfect one! I knew when I saw it I would buy it. She LOVES it. She said it was literally perfect! She could not believe that I found one that had everything she wanted! Her friends all told me that they were very impressed with what I found and at the speed with which I found it! I consulted my mom and sister to do some dummy checks to make sure I wasn’t picking something awful (as all guys should) but they too were very impressed and said it was perfect. The process of ordering and customizing was also surprisingly easy! I knew nothing about rings going into this, but they made it really easy! It was shipped in quick fashion and the customer service and support were outstanding! I had to correct some payment information and got ahold of someone who was able to take care of it immediately and flawlessly.”
